Michael S. Krempel
Hair Studio Stylist, Owner
Michael S. Krempel is the proprietor and lead stylist at Michael – Urban Hair Studio. His 13 years of professional experience in the hair fashion industry, combined with a dedication to expand and refine his knowledge, has resulted in expert styling and coloring techniques.
A certified specialist in the Brazilian Keratin Treatment system, Michael’s training also includes Keune, Kevin Murphy, Vidal Sassoon, Aveda, Beth Minardi, Tony and Guy, and Martin Parsons workshops.
Exceptional technique and years of experience represent only a part of Michael’s uncommon talent. His imagination and intuition allows Michael to connect with his guest, better understand what they want, and develop a complete image of their style. This artistic side completes the necessary union of creativity, knowledge, and experience that makes Michael a truly unique and extraordinary stylist.
Alexia Brown
Hair Studio Stylist
Alexia Brown was born in Missouri and raised in Sarasota Florida. She has traveled the world her entire life, living in Japan, Hawaii, Nashville and New York to name a few. Finally settling in Sarasota, Lexi, as her friends call her, graduated high school and moved on to a career in cosmetology. Her passion for dance, acting and fashion has led her to become an aspiring stylist and make-up artist. Lexi continues her education as an assistant and aspiring stylist here at MUHS. Lexi has attended workshops with Martin Parsons, Label M, Rusk, Paul Mitchell, American Crew and Bobbi Brown. We look forward to Lexi growing with the team here at the studio.
Ali Weston
Hair Studio Stylist
Ali grew up in both the Detroit area and Sarasota. She has been working in the industry for over 6 years. Ali has been extensively trained in the French teqnique, the classic approach to controlled cutting, which allows her to give each individual a cut that best suits their image and lifestyle. Having trained in Balyage, the French form of hand painting highlights, Ali can give her clients modern custom color, achieving any desired look. Ali is certified in Brazilian Keratin Treatment, Global Keratin treatment, Brazilian Blow Out, INOA haircolor and has completed workshops with Schwarzkopf, Bumble and Bumble, Jessica Lordet of Frederic Fakkai, Jerome Lordet of Pierre Michel Salon, Rusk and was previously a member of the L’oreal professionel Artistic team. With all training aside, at the end of the day Ali’s passion to create unique, beautiflul looks and making others feel great is what drives her to reinvent her clients and herself.
